Road Trip to Nashville, Tennessee!

This past weekend my friend Lauren and I road-tripped it to Nashville, Tennessee to see George Strait and Reba McEntire in concert. It was great! We left on Saturday morning--with the morning starting out to seem as if it was just going to be "one of those days" we were a little worried. But much to our satisfaction it brightened up and turned out being just fabulous. We arrived at our hotel to find a sectional sofa and big screen tv just waiting for us to turn on the OSU football game...so we did! We relaxed there in our room and cheered our Buckeyes to victory (and I got to chat online with Matthew...which was icing on my cake) and just as the game was ending we were finishing up our make-up and getting ready to head out the door to make our way downtown for the concert. We walked out the hotel lobby only to find a shuttle bus waiting to take us there---how lovely :) And it still only got better from there. The concert was amazing. We really just had so much fun!! And to top it all off...I got a fabulous nights sleep that night (which is rare). Thank you Lauren for inviting me along for such a great time!!
